Why this work

A new way of being.

So many of us are hurting. Our Earth is hurting. Whether it's the homelessness on our streets, the genocide in Gaza, or the destruction of our planet, we know what's happening is wrong. We know we have inherited systems that cause harm.

It is time for a new way of being — a new way that reconnects us with ourselves, with our Earth, and ultimately with each other.

Only from this place of connection can we create the policies, laws and even AI tools that move us toward true safety, healing, and a community-led vision for justice.

I offer practices for connection and transformation — at the personal, interpersonal, and systemic levels — that take us one step closer to a future where all of us can be well.
